My bodywork sessions are 75 minutes. I tailor my sessions to your needs. Some clients prefer Craniosacral Therapy and some prefer Deep Tissue or a combination.

Once you book your appointment you will receive a confirmation email with instructions, if you do not receive it please text me.

To save time please come with your intake form printed and signed. You will receive a link to the intake form in your confirmation email. You can also click the tab that says intake form and down load it from the website. If you would prefer to take time to fill it out in my studio, I will provide you with one.

Please wear something loose and comfortable. Craniosacral Therapy is traditionally done with clothing on. Please do not wear perfumes as some of my clients are sensitive to scents.

My sessions are $100. I accept Cash, Check, Visa, Venmo and Zelle.

Cancelation Policy
48 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. I understand life can throw us curve balls and I do my best to accommodate special circumstances. I respect my clients time and ask that you also respect my time :)
